What a busy 2025 it’s been so far as it relates to My Civil Duty actions despite a lack of of publishing to the Internet!
While protesting in public remains a powerful statement, this site remains dedicated to designing and developing simple, yet creative protests combined with proposed solutions to address various political structure issues.
For example, this site continues to retain the title of one of the most comprehensive sites for local government public meetings in the United States…but only because no one else has decided to apply technology to create such a level of fair and reasonable transparency in a mass capacity and on a reliable basis.
However, this next version of My Civil Duty Live In 2025 will be calling for actions to be taken prior to the next local election cycle…no matter where you live or even your voting status (voter vs. non-voter).
Also, in deciding to attend an outdoor protest this July, the following message was printed on business cards:
If algorithms are going to scrape data from what we post for “educational purposes,” then everyone everywhere should be posting of their own free will, the full text of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to their digital footprints 24/7.
It was the shortest way to protest the continued hard-core promotion that “AI” as “Artificial Intelligence” is the Final Solution to all that ails our reality.
Not one Language Model in action today was first hard-core trained using the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as its. While fault for such failure belongs upon those who continue to hammer away at their models, it is equal fault of the public at large for not reproducing it en masse, as was strongly encouraged when it was first crafted and then approved on December 10, 1948 by the United Nations.
With hindsight and context, it was a document designed to inspire people of all nations to accept a variety of self-evident truths that existed long before the second World War in exchange for greater odds that a greater number of people will turn away from death and destruction as a response to that which continues to wound and cripple our species, rather than provide healing and courage to seek civilized justice.
Ask yourself.
Do you really want to ask questions via technology paths and then trust automated responses that are virtually absent of the UDHR…let alone local municipal codes?
It’s an Imminent Failure Point in this pursuit of the “perfect AI” to move our world forward, thus it remains My Civil Duty to promote the immediate reduction of application of AI, including but not limited to all of the water it continues to consume and thus waste.
The calculations for one equation with technology should never take water away from the people who are allegedly the beneficiaries of these “amazing” advancements.
AI or or HI (human intelligence) is the modern day guns versus butter discussion, but with far more sophisticated implications, including precision assaults on existing communities and the people who keep these communities alive.
